Eligibility

1.2. Teams must consist of the number of members outlined in the application guidelines.
1.3. Participation is open to individuals or teams from schools, universities, or recognised training institutions.

Registration and Entry

2.1. All applications must be submitted through the official RoboRumble 2026 registration portal.

2.2. Applications received after the deadline will not be considered.

2.3. Contestants are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration.

Team Conduct

3.1. Participants must adhere to the competition’s code of conduct and safety guidelines at all times.
3.2. Contestants must respect judges, organisers, other participants, and audience members.
3.3. Any form of misconduct, sabotage, or unsafe behaviour may result in disqualification.

Intellectual Property

4.1. Participants retain ownership of their designs, prototypes, and intellectual property.
4.2. By participating, teams grant RoboRumble 2026 a non-exclusive license to use images, videos, and descriptions of their projects for promotional and educational purposes.

Safety and Liability

5.1. Participants must ensure that their robots, drones, or devices comply with all safety protocols.
5.2. RoboRumble organisers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the competition, except where caused by gross negligence of the organisers.

Judging and Awards

6.1. Decisions by judges are final and binding.
6.2. Judging criteria, including design, functionality, innovation, and safety, are outlined in each category’s rules.
6.3. Prizes, certificates, and awards are subject to the availability and discretion of the organisers.

Changes and Cancellation

7.1. RoboRumble organisers reserve the right to modify rules, schedules, or categories as needed.
7.2. In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified promptly, and the organisers’ liability is limited to registration fees, if applicable.
